Another great project that came from my position, Senior Automotive Engineer, at Vantage Vehicle International / MPAK Motors was a proof of concept. The problem was, there was no delivery vehicles that were electric and made for the inner city. The push for electrification had just begun. Cities everywhere were looking for ways to incorporate the EV into their fleets. The solution that we up with was a three wheeled electric multi-purpose vehicle. This vehicle came with a flat bed and tons of add on options for the bed area. The original design and intent were from the final design. As the owner and I worked out the requirements of the project, the vehicle kept evolving. 

How I solved the problem.... I took a look at different small vehicle designs and urban layouts, finally deciding a three wheeled electric vehicle with a swappable battery was the best design for the task. Using various problem-solving skills, design for production concepts and the engineering mindset, my team and I came together to create a unique solution ahead of its time. After designing the product, and developing the requirements, I oversaw the project from conception to prototype build.
